I'am just starting this page,for all who need. Building a complete totural on the windows settings in a visual setting. I'll try to make all easy to understand,with step by step points,of windows settings and the file system.Starting with the control panel and its utilites. then on to the windows file system itself and from there to as many points as I can cover.I hope this project of mine will help people to understand more about thier computers and ways of useing it.
