To add a printer,just hit add printer.

The choice between local printer and network pronter,is simple to understand. Local is contected to the computer you are working on ,network printer is contected through a network and most times on the main computer of the network.

You pick your printer by the manufacturer and then the type or model it is.

NOTE;If you have the sysem disk that came with the printer sellect"have disk"and it will run the setup for you.
