Using Phone Dialer, you can place telephone calls from your computer by using your modem or another Windows telephony device.

Here you pick the driver you have installed on your computer,that will support this utility.Mine is the Unimodem serivce provider.when you hit the configure it opens modem configuration utility,so if your modem works this works.

NOTE; You cannot make free long distance calls,as you can with some of the online phone programs,but you can use a calling card to make long distance calls.This utility is great for business use though.
